Westport Town Hall in association with Westport Community Youth Initiative will return for the second year of this Children’s Arts Festival for Westport. The festival, titled “Mac-Luí” (mock lee) is an annual legacy project, hence the name Mac (meaning son-of) and Luí derived from William Leeson, the architect tasked with planning the town of Westport over 250 years ago. This festival will include an array of live performances, workshops and exhibitions that will strive to nurture children’s creative intuition and give a unique insight to how children see the shape of the world around them.
